In the vineyards of the town Rezi is this completely refurbished, modernized, enlarged holiday home built in the middle of the 1800ies with thached roof for sale. During the refurbishment works the water, wasterwater system, and the wirings were completely changed, and the house was added a very useful attic floor. The excellent external proportions of the house was left unchanged, the internal rooms were modernized according to modern requirements. The house is characterized by large, practical, cosy rooms, thus the house can serve as the home of a larger family.
