The property lies in a popular resort on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, at the foot of the Keszthely Mountains. The resort comes with some good tended beaches, and a port for smaller boats. The settlement can boast of good amenities (shopping facilities, doctor’s surgeries, farmacy, restaurants, etc.). The Lake Balaton is Middle-Europe’s largest natural lake, which offers not only bathing possibilities in the summertime, but also sports, like sailing, fishing, etc.) and amusement. Keszthely, the capital of the Lake Balaton lies some 6 kms away. It is the commercial and cultural center of the region, ehic comes with a number of touristic sights (Festetics Castle, Balaton Museum, etc.).
